PCB production and design: Firstly, a well-designed PCB is required, which includes the placement of components and soldering points, and usually has a silk screen layer indicating the position of the components.

Steel mesh printing: Use steel mesh to print the solder pad area on the PCB and apply a layer of solder paste. Solder paste is usually composed of metal powder (such as tin) and flux, and is an important material used for electronic component soldering in surface mount processing.

Component placement: SMT will accurately place electronic components onto the corresponding solder paste on the PCB board. The precision of the surface mount machine is very high, and it can handle extremely small components.

Reflow soldering: After placing the components, the PCB board is passed through a reflow soldering furnace. When heated, the solder paste melts and solidifies, forming solder joints that firmly solder components onto the PCB board.

Inspection and testing: After welding is completed, the quality of the welding is usually ensured through automatic optical inspection (AOI) and/or X-ray inspection. Then, electrical testing may also be conducted to ensure the functionality and performance of the circuit.
